Effective for plant material installed AFTER February 1, 2007 only!

Limited Plant Guarantee.  Please note there are seperate residential and commercial guarantees and each carry specific limitations.  Please call us if you have further questions or if you have any plant material installed after February 1, 2007 that has died and may be guaranteed so we can schedule an inspection.  If you have a plant guarantee claim, contact us as soon as you notice deterioration of the plant in question so we may schedule an immediate inspection.  DO NOT remove or alter the plant in any way or you will VOID the guarantee. 

Also, be sure to read the Plant Care Instructions below for detailed information on proper care and watering of your newly installed or transplanted plants.  Proper watering and care is required if any plant is to be covered under our guarantee.  Be sure to CONTACT US if you have ANY questions concerning proper care and watering of your plants!

Lastly, we are not a "Big Box Store" and do not offer an unlimited guarantee on our plant material.  You must properly care for your plants as they are living, breathing things and require "food and water" to survive.  With over 36 years of combined landscape and horticultural experience, we are very well trained in identifying problems leading to a plant's demise.  If you want a "no questions asked" and "no accountability" guarantee for your plants you may purchase them yourself at the "Big Box Stores" and we will plant them for you. If they die it is your responsibility to return them for a replacement or refund.

Detailed information on how to care for and water your newly installed or transplanted plants. Please call or email us if you have any questions on the care of your new...or existing plants.  Proper watering is the key to survival of any new plant and too much or to little water can have equally harmfull effects.  Also the condition of your soil and your soil type will determine how often and how much you should water. Please contact us if you have questions about watering or are unsure!  We cannot be there to babysit your plants after install so it's up to you to be sure it's done right the first time.  We are happy to help if you need us to, just ask!
